Water air cooler — for one room, not a corridor

Air conditioning needs an exhaust and a budget. A water cooler does something different, and it is worth knowing which of the two you are buying. Water tank, evaporation filter, three speeds, adjustable direction. It lowers perceived temperature by two to four degrees in about fifteen square metres. Worth knowing: you need a window ajar. In a sealed room humidity rises and the effect cancels out within an hour — that is the limit of every device of this type.
