Fabric resistance bands — three levels, and they stay put
From 16,90 €
No gym. No excuse. Just resistance.
A resistance band and a dumbbell do not work the same way, and the gap matters more than the price. Iron opposes a constant load from the start of the movement to its end. An elastic opposes a resistance that grows as it stretches: the hardest part comes at the end of the range, where the joint is most stable.
That is what makes elastics interesting for the upper body and for rehab, and less suited to chasing maximal strength. A band will not replace a loaded barbell; it does, however, deliver real training volume with no heavy kit and no gym.
